O prefeito André Pacheco deve encaminhar para a Câmara de Vereadores, a proposta de reajuste para os funcionários municipais, acordada com o Sindicato dos Municipários de Viamão (Simvia). Pacheco destacou que mesmo com a crise financeira que assola o país, desemprego, retratação econômica, parcelamento de salários adotado por muitos municípios e Estado, Viamão cumprirá o que estabelece o novo Plano de Carreira dos Servidores, que prevê reajuste com database em março. O índice foi calculado com base no crescimento da arrecadação municipal (0,77%), piso regional (1,81%) e INPC (2,94%). “Como este é o primeiro reajuste após a Reforma Administrativa, acordamos neste ano com o Sindicato manter e arredondar o aumento pelo maior índice. Encaminharemos à Câmara de Vereadores o aumento com base no INPC, arredondando para 3%. Incluímos para aprovação também o reajuste do vale-alimentação para R$ 500,00, um ganho real de R$ 75,00 para todos os servidores”, completou o prefeito. O acordo com o Simvia prevê que o reajuste do próximo ano seja feito com base no crescimento da arrecadação do município. O objetivo, segundo o prefeito, é que os serviços prestados pelos servidores sejam focados na melhoria do atendimento ao público, desburocratização dos processos administrativos e eficiência na fiscalização. “Isso fará com que o contribuinte queira quitar seus débitos com o município”, ressaltou André. Todo o servidor, com base no Plano de Carreira, também pode melhorar seus rendimentos com base na assiduidade, capacitação e zelo do Patrimônio Público. “Se o município crescer em arrecadação 0,50%, este será o índice a ser acrescentado na database. Se o município crescer em 30% na arrecadação, este será o índice de reajuste. Ou seja, o aumento do salário estará diretamente relacionado com a melhoria dos serviços públicos”, finalizou o prefeito.
