Na última semana, o vereador Xandão Gomes (PRB) divulgou o resultado de sua gestão durante o segundo ano como presidente do Poder Legislativo. Mais de R$ 300 mil do cofre da Câmara de Viamão foram devolvidos para a Prefeitura, que de acordo com o parlamentar, são destinados à população, através de serviços e obras. Xandão disse também que, o valor economizado foi oriundo da diminuição dos cargos comissionados, a partir da realização de concurso público que efetivou novos servidores do quadro. “Trabalhamos sempre com transparência e buscamos nos adequar as normas exigidas pelos órgãos de fiscalização”, completa o ex-presidente da Câmara. A realização do concurso pela Câmara de Viamão também destinou mais de R$ 150 mil aos cofres da Prefeitura. Xandão ainda destacou que, o dinheiro público precisa ser administrado com seriedade e compromisso, porque toda economia resulta em melhorias para o povo.
