Hoje limpamos, mas amanhã o lixo volta para as ruas. Precisamos da colaboração de todos para que nossa cidade permaneça limpa”, explica o vice-prefeito e secretário de Obras e Serviços Públicos, Valdir Elias, o Russinho. Além de Russinho, também fizeram parte da ação o secretário interino da Saúde, Marcos Dantas, os secretários Geral de Governo, Nilton Magalhães, de Educação, Carlos Bennech, de Meio Ambiente, Gilberto Fraga, e os vereadores Jessé Sangalli, Maninho Fauri e Igor Bernardes, além de mais de 60 voluntários. Vários focos de lixo foram retirados. O lixo deu lugar a mudas de árvores nativas e placas de conscientização.
