O vereador Adão Pretto Filho (PT) e o presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do RS, deputado Edegar Pretto (PT) comemoram um importante avanço para a segurança dos viamonenses. É que na semana passada, o comando-Geral da Brigada Militar anunciou que cerca de 40 novos policiais militares foram destinados para atuar em Viamão. No começo do mês de julho, o vereador viamonense, na companhia do irmão, o deputado estadual Edegar Pretto, esteve em reunião com o coronel Andreis Silvio Dal´Lago, comandante-geral da Brigada Militar do RS, solicitando o apoio de efetivo e equipamentos para os viamonenses, devido aos altos índices de violência na cidade. Na semana passada, o vereador Adão Pretto Filho aproveitou a chegada dos novos PMS e solicitou ao comando do 18º BPM, a criação de uma Patrulha Escolar para oferecer maior segurança junto às escolas de Viamão. “Nossa ideia foi intervir pela população e hoje, eu e o Edegar, estamos comemorando a chegada dos 40 policiais militares e dos novos equipamentos para a BM”, disse o vereador Adão Pretto Filho.
