A Câmara Municipal de Viamão (CMV) destinou ajuda financeira para a recuperação de duas viaturas da Brigada Militar. Uma que atende a região rural e outra a Grande Santa Isabel. O conserto da viatura da Patrulha Rural recebeu apoio também de outras instituições, lembrou o presidente Francinei Bonatto (PSDB). A motocicleta do 18º Batalhão de Polícia Militar do município, que atua na Vila Santa Isabel e arredores, foi reparada com verba da CMV. Francinei Bonatto disse que é de fundamental importância que a Câmara contribua de alguma forma para a segurança da população, pois todas as entidades e órgãos podem auxiliar. O valor repassado pela CMV é através do duodécimo para a Prefeitura, que encaminhou para a BM. “A solicitação para que o recurso fosse retido pelos cofres da Prefeitura possibilitou o aporte à segurança pública, contemplando uma das demandas mais importantes da população, a garantia da circulação de viaturas pela cidade”, completou Francinei.
