Para baixar o aplicativo é necessário entrar na PlayStore e pesquisar por “coopernorte”, após selecionar o ícone do app e fazer a instalação. Para acessar o sistema é preciso informar o CPF/CNPJ do associado titular e o número da Unidade Consumidora (UC), que consta no canto superior direito da fatura de energia. No app estão disponíveis os seguintes serviços: iluminação pública, emissão de 2ª via de fatura de energia, gráfico do histórico de consumo, visualização dos detalhes da fatura, informação sobre bandeira tarifária, consulta de serviços, calendário de leitura, autoleitura, atualização de dados cadastrais (e-mail e telefone), solicitação de envio de fatura via e-mail, consulta dos postos de atendimento da Cooperativa, fale conosco: envio de reclamações, dúvidas, sugestões e elogios.
