O evento teve como objetivo expor temas como o desenvolvimento, reconhecimento e empoderamento da mulher, procurando dar voz e demonstrar sua importância e seu papel, viabilizando suas posições ocupadas na sociedade atual e nos lares de hoje, buscando o desenvolvimento não apenas da Mulher no âmbito profissional, mas também pessoal e intelectual. O Seminário ainda contou com a presença da assistente social Irene Oliveira, da enfermeira Margarida Coimbra, da inspetora da Polícia Civil Tássia Duarte, do sargento Marques, dos vereadores Belamar Pinheiro e Maninho Fauri, além da Dra. Ivaneri Schwalm, vice-presidente OAB Viamão/RS e do tenente Coronel da Brigada Militar de Viamão, José Carlos Pacheco.
