Se você está inadimplente com os impostos, taxas ou qualquer outro tipo de dívida com a Prefeitura de Viamão, parece estar chegando a oportunidade para colocar em dia e regularizar os débitos com o município, com o perdão de até 100% das multas e juros. Isto porque, o prefeito André Pacheco (PSDB), confirmou nessa semana, que vai regulamentar através de projeto, a Lei municipal 4002/2012, de autoria do vereador Luís Armando Azambuja (PT), que instituiu o Programa de Recuperação de Créditos (RECRED), concedendo anistia de até 100% dos valores totais cobrados como multas e juros de mora recaídos no IPTU (Imposto Territorial e Urbano), ISS (Imposto de Serviço de Qualquer Natureza), nas taxas municipais e nas contribuições de melhorias e de outras dívidas e créditos de qualquer origem e natureza que o contribuinte viamonense tenha com a Prefeitura. De acordo com o vereador Armando Azambuja, a proposta do RECRED é conceder o perdão total das multas e juros dos créditos de qualquer origem e natureza do contribuinte com a Prefeitura, sejam tributários ou não, de pessoas físicas ou jurídicas, inscritos ou não em dívida ativa, ampliando o benefício aos contribuintes que possuem dívidas já parceladas, e ainda, aqueles que estão em fase de execução fiscal já ajuizada (cobrança judicial). Para o vereador Armando, o benefício do perdão das multas e juros possibilita aos contribuintes, a quitação das dívidas com a Prefeitura de forma vantajosa e menos onerosa, ao mesmo tempo em que se procura conquistar a consciência do necessário cumprimento do dever ao contribuinte viamonense, viabilizando mais investimentos na cidade. O projeto de regulamentação do RECRED/2017, citando as normas, condições e datas propostas para esse ano, deverão ser apresentados à Câmara, nessa semana pelo Executivo, e a previsão é de que o benefício comece a vigorar imediatamente a aprovação dos vereadores, e/ou até o inicio do mês de setembro.
