Durante dois meses, uma comissão formada por vereadores e servidores da Câmara Municipal de Viamão – CMV, trabalha em um estudo e análise da atualização que abrange todo o Regimento Interno – RI. O grupo se reúne semanalmente, onde parlamentares, juntamente com a Assessoria Jurídica, comparam o RI vigente com outros modelos atuais, buscando adaptar as normas à realidade legislativa. O objetivo é buscar um Regimento atualizado com as novas tecnologias, mais enxuto, de fácil compreensão para que o vereador possa ter uma atuação de acordo com as normas estabelecidas, e, ainda, uma nova sistemática para facilitar o entendimento dos trabalhos por parte dos cidadãos que acompanham as sessões. “Com o esforço e a dedicação de todos os envolvidos neste processo, acredito que a atualização seja finalizada em breve, por se tratar de análise técnica e jurídica”, destacou o presidente Francinei Bonatto (PSDB). Após a finalização dos trabalhos, segundo a servidora e membro da comissão, Glaucia Machado, os vereadores de Viamão receberão a versão atualizada do Regimento Interno da Câmara para análise. O RI é responsável por regulamentar o funcionamento da Casa, estabelecendo normas para as sessões ordinárias, processos legislativos, comissões permanentes e demais atividades do parlamento. “O Regimento Interno necessita de urgente atualização com inclusão de alguns capítulos de matérias omissas e esclarecimento de pontos importantes, utilizados no dia a dia Legislativo”, explicou Glaucia Machado. Assim que promulgado, o documento atualizado estará disponível para acesso no site da Câmara Municipal de Viamão.
