Deverá obter resultados positivos as diversas constatações denunciadas pelo integrante da Comissão de Constituição e Justiça, vereador Luís Armando Azambuja (PT), de que a folha de pagamento dos cerca de 3,2 mil servidores municipais, registra perdas salariais de até 15%, que diminui em alguns casos, mais de R$ 600 reais os salários líquidos, do quadro dos operários, saúde, educação, administrativos e demais cargos de níveis técnicos e superiores, o que provocou inquietação, revolta e preocupações entre os funcionários da Prefeitura. Depois dessa constatação, o prefeito André Pacheco realizou uma série de reuniões com servidores, diretamente nas secretarias e com representantes das categorias com objetivo de rever as incorreções e as perdas salariais. Na tribuna da Câmara, o vereador Armando anunciou que no início do mês de maio, quando se comemora o Dia do Trabalhador, os milhares de servidores da prefeitura terão seus salários ajustados e melhorados de fato, como havia sido prometido pelo Governo, com a edição dos novos Planos de Carreira do Quadro Geral e do Magistério, e do novo Estatuto do funcionalismo, votado em sessão extraordinária, em janeiro passado. “Teve perdas dos direitos trabalhistas e inconstitucionalidades, porque os projetos foram votados a “toque de caixa” e no afogadilho em janeiro, por isso que devemos ajustar imediatamente, sob pena de prejuízos sofridos pelos funcionários”, defendeu Armando. De acordo com o vereador Armando, a expectativa é de que o novo projeto ajuste as perdas salariais, corrija as distorções em básicos e carga horária de algumas categorias, além do reconhecimento do cálculo total de anuênios contabilizados pelo plano anterior, sejam calculados sobre o salário básico atual e não pelo anterior, como está ocorrendo e interpretado atualmente, e das políticas de reconhecimento dos direitos contidos aos professores em desdobramento, assim como, o Piso Nacional do Magistério, com reajuste 7,64%. “Com esse novo projeto de ajuste, queremos garantir que nenhum servidor receba seu salário liquido menor do que recebia antes do novo plano de carreira, além de considerar e respeitar a história e o tempo de serviço e as vantagens adquiridas, de forma que todos os 3,2 mil servidores sejam contemplados e beneficiados com a real valorização dos seus salários e reconhecimento de seus direitos adquiridos”, enfatizou Armando. O vereador Armando antecipou também, que o projeto de ajuste dos planos de carreira e o estudo dos servidores, deverá ser protocolado na Câmara nos próximos dias, com efeitos retroativos ao mês de março e, com isso, o primeiro contra-cheque com as novas modificações será no salário do mês de maio, e as perdas serão pagas em folha suplementar no dia 10 de junho.
